If a fault occurs with a product within the warranty period (12 months warranty from the date of purchase + 12 months right to complain), please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@soundstorexl.com with the following information:
1: Contact details
2: Order number
3: Product (and serial number, if applicable)
4: Description of the fault
Please wait for our reply with further instructions.
If you need to send a product for repair, you must include a printed copy of the repair form (you will receive a copy via email after filling it out) or a copy of your order confirmation.
We will get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
Terms and conditions for repair
- The item must be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging.
- We cover the return shipping costs after the repair is completed (private customers only).
- We will reimburse your shipping costs for sending the item for repair if you use our Bring return shipping labels and the repair is covered under warranty or right to complain (private customers only).
- If the reported fault cannot be detected, if the fault is due to incorrect use, or if the fault relates to a different product than the one sent, a diagnostic fee of EUR €55,- incl. VAT will be charged (to cover the service technician's time). The amount will be invoiced and must be paid before the item is returned to you.
