PSP preQursor3 bietet PSPs einzigartig gestaltete Filter mit niedrigen Resonanzspitzen für reduzierte Ringeffekte, großartige Bandtrennung und schmale Dämpfungen beim Absenken. Alle vier Filter sind bei der Anhebung Glockenfilter und haben progressive Q-Faktoren.
PSP preQursor3 führt PSPs Advanced Analog Modelling von Vorverstärkern und Filtern ein, um die Bedienung des Plugins noch präziser zu gestalten als frühere PSP Equalizer-Emulationen. Der analoge Modellierungsalgorithmus kann pro Instanz oder global für Gruppen von Instanzen aktiviert und gesteuert werden. Letzteres ermöglicht eine einfache Kontrolle über die Menge an analogähnlicher Verarbeitung entweder auf ausgewählten Spuren oder auf allen Spuren im Mix.
All diese Eigenschaften führen zu einem Prozessor, der nicht nur auf akustischen Spuren, Gesamtmixen oder jeder anderen Anwendung hervorragend klingt, sondern auch ermöglicht, virtuell die Eingabekonsole für alle Spuren in Ihrem Mix mit einfachen und praktischen Bedienelementen zu erstellen. In jedem Anwendungsfall wird PSP preQursor3 das natürliche Gefühl und die Definition des Materials beibehalten.

Features
- Four bands of parametric equalization: peaking Low and High on boost - shelving Low and High on cut and peaking Low Mid and High Mid filter bands with adjustable, frequency, Q, and gain-following Q values.
- High Pass Filter.
- Equalization can be applied to Left, Right, Mid, Side or to both input channels.
- FAT double sampling: In PSP preQursor3 FAT is automatically switched on for low (below 50 kHz) sample rates, and off for higher sample rates. This ensures accurate processing independent of the sample rate.
- 64-bit double precision floating point math for ultra-low cumulative errors in the filters – no more worrying about piling up noise or unrealistic filters' behavior!
- An optional preamp and in-filters nonlinearities emulation.
- An optional second-generation SAT (for SATuration) option in the output of each plug-in. This not only protects against digital clipping in software or hardware that comes after the plug-in, but it also adds a smooth overdriven sound to hard-driven signals. The SAT algorithm is located after the output level control in the plug-in’s internal chain, and its ceiling reference level is set to a fraction of dB below 0 dBFS.
